Aradhana (Arad) Srivastava is the Head of Sales for Asia at EZRA, a leading global virtual coaching provider. She is responsible for setting up new businesses across Asia in markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, India and Japan, managing regional teams and driving acquisition strategies across the continent.
Before she joined EZRA, Aradhana was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales at LHH, managing global sales and business development for their learning and development (L&D) solutions. Aradhana brings over 16 years of experience in the L&D space, having held roles at Development Dimensions International and ODE Consulting.
A strong advocate for democratising coaching, Aradhana has also worked as a senior coach and trainer for six years. She hopes to help more people unlock their potential through coaching in her current position at EZRA.
