63: Derick Teo on HRIS implementations, common pitfalls and reasonable implementation cycle

Derick Teo is the Director of Enterprise Go-Digital Solutions at BIPO, a one-stop, global Human Resource service provider.

A graduate of the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Computing, including a PMP certificate from PMI, Derick has spent the last ten years of his career leading HR transformational initiatives, specifically in spearheading the implementation of large-scale PeopleSoft projects for leading companies such as Keppel, Singapore University of Technology and Design, ParkwayHealth, Singapore Tourism Board and Starhub.

Derick鈥檚 unique combination of software applications and broad knowledge of technology and software concepts, principles, and processes has seen him champion large-scale projects over the years from lifecycle development to regional responsibilities with Hewlett Packard covering Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, China, Korea, India, Australia, and New Zealand.
