To say that Sharma Lachu is versatile would be an understatement. He is the founder and group CEO of Accendo Capital. This investment holding company owns and operates companies focusing on aspects of Human Capital Management across Southeast Asia. He is also the MD of one of the companies while serving as the Executive Director of the other two companies. At People Matters TechHR Singapore 2022, Lachu will host a Fireside Chat where he will focus on the Application of Talent Intelligence. We know it is crucial to generate data on everything in today’s world – from your talent pool’s present skill set to their capabilities and potential.
But the more challenging aspect of the process is knowing what to do with the data and how to connect the dots to turn the data into usable intelligence. In his fireside chat, Lachu will help us gain a more profound knowledge of applying talent intelligence.
