Shaswat Kumar is the Senior VP, Global Customer Success and Delivery for Darwinbox, where he helps accelerate the drive to value realization for large and medium enterprise customers, building the leading HCM provider鈥檚 reputation as a trusted advisor for its 600+ customers, and accelerating the company鈥檚 global expansion.
In his rich career, he has worked with erstwhile Hewitt, Aon and Alight Solutions, where he was instrumental in driving HR transformations anchored on outcomes across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. For the last 4 years, at Alight he helped HR transformations for leading organisations in the region helping them use Digital tools to drive talent and business outcomes.
Shaswat is an Engineering graduate from the Delhi College of Engineering and holds an MBA degree in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
He is passionate about children’s education, economic empowerment and science and technology-related issues.
