Stephanie Silvester is a seasoned international marketing leader who has successfully led marketing and communications functions spanning 35 countries and four continents.
Over the course of her career, Stephanie has been fortunate to live and work in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States.
Born and raised in Asia, Stephanie has spent much of her career working in Tech and x-Tech industries in the region. She began her career in public relations, consulting agency-side before transitioning in-house to run marketing functions at Fortune-ranked industry leaders such as Intel, Verizon and Criteo. She subsequently joined ADP in 2021.
Known for developing breakthrough integrated marketing, digital and communications campaigns that deliver strong commercial results, Stephanie was recognized for contributing to Marketing Excellence at the 2022 CMO Asia Awards for Branding & Marketing.
Stephanie has tertiary qualifications in Public Relations (RMIT) and Marketing (the University of Technology Sydney) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kellogg-HKUST.
