What a 2017 it had been for HR Tech.
Since my inaugural Singapore HR Tech Market Map in 2017, the landscape has evolved quite a fair bit.
Compared to my 2018 update, there has been a huge gravitation towards employee engagement and analytics.
This is quite consistent with the findings by Bersin by Deloitte where they forecast an emphasis on workforce productivity.
The proliferation of Artificial Intelligence also led to more providers in the space of automated candidates screening.
Even blockchain came into play with one building an Etherum blockchain backed professional network platform.
